Kick-Off Meeting

This meeting was held to know the stakeholders better and understand what are their needs and goals. A stakeholder mapping was held in order to define how we will be working and who will be involved in the project.

DISCOVER

Heuristic Evaluation/UX Auditing

A User Experience audit, using the Design Heuristics, was done to pinpoint the pain areas, revealing which part of the site is causing a headache to the users.

DEFINE

User Journey

To identify the path taken by the user to reach their goal, User Journey was performed. By this way, it becomes clear for us to see at which part the user experiences the pain point.

Pain Areas

From the UX audit that was performed at the Discover stage, we derived the Pain areas and grouped them according to their severity.

Wireframes

A Medium fidelity wireframe was designed to capture the look and feel of the site.
